One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their Robin Hood-style magic spectacles, The Four Horsemen resurface for a comeback performance in hopes of exposing the unethical practices of a tech magnate. The man behind their vanishing act is none other than Walter Mabry, a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.
Note from Ro: The card passing scene really killed this movie for me. The first guy is searched and he is able to hide the card during that search. But when the search is done, he throws the card to the next guy, who is being searched. The card basically gets passed around from person to person while they are being searched. Why didn’t the first guy, since they were done searching him, just hang on to it? It made no sense to me.
The other thing that I didn’t understand was that I thought Dylan was supposed to be a “real” magician now. So, why wasn’t he using that at all? While he was getting beaten up, I was thinking, “Dude, use your magic!” What was up with that?
